I saw a note regarding this article, on a user talk page. If he is a Jordanian, he should be listed on Jordanian captives in Guantanamo, or possibly Palestinian captives in Guantanamo.

I couldn't find him on the list of released captives.[1] In my user space I have that list correlated with some other information, at: User:Geo Swan/Guantanamo/Guantanamo captives list of release dates. I don't see any relase on the date the article says he was released. Maybe that was his release from Jordanian captivity?
